Ingriedients

7 c. sifted flour
2 c. milk, scalded which means heated to almost a boil...
1 package yeast
3/4 stick margarine
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 - 2 teas. salt

Directions

Mix yeast in warm milk to dissolve the yeast.
Add the sugar, eggs, salt and flour. Mix ...
add the melted margarine and mix thoroughly.
Knead into smooth dough.
Place in well greased bowl
cover and set aside to rise until double in bulk, or about 2 hours.
Form rolls and let rise again till double the size
bake at 375 until done.
