Chocolate Ice Cream Cake

Ingriedients

1 1/4 cup vanilla wafers crumbs
2 squares semi-sweet chocolate
2/3 c cup butter
2 c powdered sugar sifted
1 c chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla
2 TBS water
2 stifflly beaten egg whites
1/2 gal fudge ripple Ice cream

Directions

Melt a little extra butter and mix with the vanilla wafer crumbs
> Then sprinkle a little sugar in and spread the mixture on the bottom of a 9 by 13 cake pan...
set the pan with the cookie crumbs in freezer while You melt the chocolate...
This helps the crumbs set up little and makes it easier to spread the choc mix on.
Melt choc and butter and cool (usually melts best in microwave..
once cooled stir in pecans, powdered sugar, vanilla and water.
Fold in egg whites.
Spread this on top of cookie crumb mixture.
Freeze for 2 hours...
Soften Ice cream and spread on top. Refreeze
Sprinkle additional nuts on top.
