Homemade Lasagna
Ingriedients
4 pkgages Munster cheese usually has 4 slices per pack 6 or 6 oz size
4 packages Mozzarella cheese 4 slices per pack 6 or 8 oz size
1 1/2 lb ground chuck
medium onion chopped.
4-5 16 oz cans of tomato sause
2 tablespoons of oregano
1 1/2 T crushed garlic
Directions
No real measurements here...
1 1/2 lb ground chuck
medium onion chopped.
Brown these in 4 quart pot.
When browned then add 4-5 16 oz cans of
tomato sause,
probably 2 tablespoons of oregano,
1 1/2 T crushed garlic and
simmer for a couple hours. Stirring ocassionally...
I simmer anywhere from 2 to 4 hours....
Then Cook lasagna noodles. Usually 16 noodles.
Put a coating of sause in 13 by 9 pan,,,
Add layer of noodles,
a layer of munster slices and then tear
up mozzarella and lay on top of munster scattered over it.
then layer of sause.
Then noodles again
Mozzeralla cheese and this time tear up the mnster and scatter over the mozzeralla.
Then more sause.
Make 4 layers alternating cheeses
Top Layer do noodles 1 type of cheese, sause and then tear up the other type cheese on top.
place in oven at 350 and bake till bubbly around edges and the top is browned.
Follow directions on side of Lasagna box for Baking...
